Congratulations to Dr. Aleksandra Badura for winning the Scientific Offspring Supporter Award
Congratulations to Dr. Aleksandra Badura who was
awarded the Scientific Offspring Supporter (SOS) Award. The SOS awards were
handed by the Erasmus MC Research and Development Office to prof. dr. Frank Grosveld
(Cell Biology) and dr. Aleksandra Badura (Neurosciences) for their continued
efforts to assist young scientists and clinical researchers with advice and
support. Frank and Aleksandra both conducted many pilot interviews with project
applicants and advised them on their presentations and grant writing. The
Erasmus MC Dean, Stefan Sleijfer expressed his gratitude to the awardees:
'Thank you on behalf of the many employees who you have assisted and I hope
that we can present an RDO SOS award every year to stimulate this important way
of peer support!'
