Diversity Awareness - The meaning of Diversity and Inclusion

Diversity & Inclusion are used often and interchangeably, but what does it actually mean? How is it defined in theory and applied in practice? In this session ECHO guides the audience in a conversation on diversity, inclusion and exclusion. With statements and reflection questions, ECHO invites participants to share their perspectives on issues related to diversity and inclusion. ECHO will conclude with frameworks and concepts often used in policy and practice to develop programs and create impact.
