Congratulations to Geeske van Woerden, winner of the two Erasmus MC teaching awards 2022
On July 7th, the medical students of the Erasmus MC awarded our colleague Geeske van Woerden two educational prices: Best Teacher of Bachelor Year 1 and Best Teacher of Bachelor Year 3. Two prices in one year, that is a very rare event, and really special. The student cohorts of both years praised Geeske's enthusiasm for education in general, her novel approaches to lecturing, and, perhaps most important of all, her commitment to student well being, diversity and inclusivity in general.
Congratulations Geeske! This price is well deserved.
